Metal Thermal Insulation Coating

Metal Thermal Insulation Coating is a kind of good enery-saving environmental protection material. It consists of pure acrylic emulsions, the high quality pigment fillers,glass bead, micropore insulation technology and nanometer technology. This coating not only has excellent reflectivity- reflect over 85% of sunlight,so it can rapidly dissipate the heat absorbed by the base metal material, but also has ultra-low thermal conductivity, which could prevent heat transfer between inside and outside. Therefore it has thermal insulation function. The product meets the national safety standards, including RoHS, CPSC, US ASTMF-963, EU EN71, and NE1122 etc.

1 Suitable for the roofs of steel structure house, warehouses, grain depot, storehouse, moving house , residential, cars drive rooms, board houses, etc,

2 Suitable for storage oil tank, oil tank truck, container, refrigerator, metals walls,work shed, ovens,as well as various metals in high temperature working situations.

Features

1 Thermal insulation - in summer, the temperature between the inside and outside of metal can differ by 8-15C.

2 Heat preservation - in winter, it can prevent the heat transfer from the room interior to outdoor, to hold the indoor temperature.
