Nano Glass Thermal Insulation Coating
Nano transparent glass thermal insulation coating is manufactured by functional nano semiconductor alloy material, which has special optical performance, namely, it has high shielding rate in infrared region, high absorbtion in ultraviolet region and high transmittance in visible region. With the characteristic of transparent thermal insulation, the series of advanced transparent thermal insulation coating with energy-saving performance are produced. This protective coating is manufactured by mixing environmental friendly, high-performance resin involving a special manufacturing procedure. Without reducing its transparency, it can lower room temperature in summer and prevent heat loss in winter, so it is very energy-saving. The product meets the national safety standards, including RoHS, CPSC, US ASTMF-963, EU EN71, and NE1122 etc
Application
Suitable for coat glass doors and windows of buildings, planes,,cars,trains, ships, traffic lights , glass curtains walls and deep processing of glass.
Features
1 Thermal insulation - In summer, it can produce an indoor temperature difference from 5 to 10℃ by saving energy 20 ~ 30%.
2 Heat preservation - In winter, it can reduce the indoor heating load.
3 Transparency - with visible light transmittance of 85%, it leaves the window transparent, and does not affect the indoor vision and lighting.
4 Health – it can reflect 92% of UV radiation,and therefore prevents indoor furniture aging and too much harm to human body. The small amount of UV light that is admitted can kill pathogenic bacteria and inhibit breeding.
5 Environmental protection – it does not contain benzene, ketones, aldehydes or other VOC components and heavy metals or other harmful substances, thus promoting green environmental protection and ecological health.
6 Durability – it has good abrasion resistance, scratch resistance and weather resistance –with 10+ year lifepan.
7 Safety-it has high adhesion and good mechanical properties.
8 Sound insulation – it can absorb some sound wave to keep room quiet.
